This month, ‘Upstairs at Kaibo' celebrates Cayman Islands Easter fare with an upscale 6-course menu on the theme of ‘Testimony to Tradition’.
Sit back, relax, and let our chefs show you what Caribbean ingredients really should taste like. After dinner, select a tipple from the Rare Rum Bar, and catch the last water taxi home.
A water taxi is available upon request, subject to weather and demand.

Join in an age-old island custom, the Caribbean tradition of kite flying on the island’s breezy shores costs. Cayman Kitefest is a celebration of Caymanian culture and supports the community. Join this family fun beach day, with live music and lots of prizes.
Bring your own kite, make one at home or buy one at the event.
Can you think of a better way to relax on Easter morning than with amazing coffee and fresh cupcakes on the beach?
Kaibo Espresso is open for breakfast on the beach over the easter holidays, with the finest craft roasted Colombian coffee, fresh baked cupcakes and hot flaky croissants fresh out the oven.

Saturday Sessions at Kaibo Beach is from 1pm until 3pm. Chill out tracks play on the decks and live musician Denys Carbo plays saxophone to lunchtime diners.

Kick off your shoes and dine on a delicious 5-dish Thai feast, while you watch the movie "The Beach" under the stars. You'll be transported to a Thai island for the evening.
Ferry departs Camana Bay at 6pm. Dinner and cocktails served 6.30pm. Movie“The Beach”starts 7pm Ferry departs Kaibo at 9pm.
