The Sharing Feast Menu – November  30th 2018

The inspiration for Kaibo’s Luna del Mar is the full moon, inventive food and good friends. The menu,  influenced by the Caribbean and the contemporary, is infused with the flavors of tropical fruits and vegetables, fresh local ingredients and the bounty of the Caribbean sea & beyond.

The Luna del Mar feast menu is designed to be fun, interactive and yes, it’s one of those sharing menus, though it gives you the opportunity to taste 9 different dishes throughout the evening.

Appetizers

 

Chargrilled watermelon with coconut and chilli mayo, soy roasted peanuts and Asian herbs

House smoked grouper dip with crudités and flatbread

Crispy pork fritters with jerk mayo and pickles

 

Entrees

 

Roast strip loin of Angus beef with whipped polenta and Parmesan

Cumin and honey roast pumpkin with tahini yoghurt and pumpkin seed pesto

Pan-fried snapper with a quinoa, chickpea, green onion and herb salad

 

Desserts

 

Cayman sea salted caramel fondue with cinnamon sugared doughnuts

Sticky toffee banana pudding with smoked fudge sauce

Pineapple carpaccio with lime and chilli

 

Three Courses, nine sharing dishes – $55 per person

15% service charge will be added to all food & beverage
