Don’t miss the must-do night out during Cayman Cocktail week. Join fellow beach-people, under a star-filled night, for a night of local coconuts, Cayman conch and craft cocktails served with sand-between-your-toes.
Water taxi departs Camana Bay, 6pm

Appleton white rum in a freshly shaved local coconut
Conch fritters with jalapeno mayo and pickles
Appleton Reserve, lime, mint syrup and prosecco
Ceviche of mahi mahi, coconut and cilantro
Appleton White, coconut milk, lemon juice, simple syrup and ginger beer
Crispy coconut fried fish curry with coconut rice
Skyy vodka, lemongrass syrup and lemon juice
Pineapple & Coconut Old Fashioned
Appleton Estate 21yrs, simple syrup, house made pineapple tiki & coconut bitters
