At Kaibo we pride ourselves on our versatility to provide any style of party you wish, from a high end rare rum tasting dinner to a blinding beach bash for private parties and corporate events.

Our Christmas menus cater up to 100 guests in the restaurant Upstairs, and we can cater for up to 300 guests on the beach. We promise to take the hassle out of the organisation for you, and the solution you need is only a phone call away. The prices are per person and all menus are subject to change so please call 947-9975 and ask to speak to Daniel to arrange your perfect Christmas event.

A sunset cruise water taxi from Camana Bay is available to all parties. Travel time approx 25 minutes. Please enquire for prices.

Bare-foot it at your private party this Christmas with a casual BBQ on the white sand.

The Black and White Diamond Ball has all the glitz and glamour you could wish for. Arrive dressed to kill in black or white (diamonds are optional!) and let the photographer capture your sensational entrance on film.

Make your way into the reception where you will be greeted with a glass of fizz and invited to indulge in a divine chocolate fountain. The dining area will continue the theme of black, white and diamonds and as you take your seats for the meal the live band will provide the music. Try a shot (or two…) of vodka from the ice vodka luge.Dress code: Formal black and white (diamonds at your discretion)

Take a sunset crossing over the beautiful North Sound to Kaibo’s One Night in Havana party which promises to be a memorable night as it begins by being greeted with a refreshing Mojito cocktail and continues with an expertly prepared Cuban influenced 3 course meal. The Dj will start the dancing to the sultry cuban rhythms, If you’re having trouble finding your salsa beat let the professional salsa teacher guide you through some of the moves.

When Elvis has left the building, the DJ will pump up the volume and the dance floor is yours.

Kaibo Beach. Wild West

Step out of Cayman and straight into the sun and warmth of the desert of Western America.The venue will be decorated with a backdrop of the Wild Wild West, ‘wanted’ posters, hay bales and cacti; all adding to the vibrant atmosphere of the desert sands. For this theme we recommend you dine on the delicious bbq cookout  at red chequered tables, or take your pick from the food platters , while the DJ will spin some of the best country from yesterday and if you are feeling lucky, invest your fun money in the casino and try your hand at roulette.
