Banquet Entertainment Service Rate Sheet (2010)

Kaibo are proud to be associated with Oneworld, the superior entertainment service on the Cayman Islands. Oneworld’s Upgrade & Add-On System allows the party to decide just how deluxe and multi-dimensional of a DJ/Entertainment set they want. The standard set provides hi-end & hi-quality sound suitable for a banquet of 100 persons or less. The DJ will have music from all genres for basic requests and the ability to read the crowd for music selection.

Oneworld’s Upgrade & Add-On System allows the client to decide just how deluxe & multi-dimensional of a DJ/Entertainment set they want. Standard sound is suitable for a banquet of 50 persons or less. For events with dancing, a main sound upgrade is highly recommended and is REQUIRED for larger events & venues. The DJ will have music from all genres for basic requests and the ability to read the crowd for music selection.

Standard DJ Set Rate: ($300CI + $125CI / Hour. Additional half hour: $75CI)

-Two 15” speakers / top-end DJ gear / Wireless Mic. / Music Database: $300CI

-The most experienced and skilled DJs available: $125CI/hour (3-Hour Minimum**)

Upgrades: (A main sound upgrade is highly recommended for events with dancing)

-Club-Level Sound (Tower Speakers or Additional Bass Bin): add $100CI

-Additional Surround/Satellite Speakers: $75CI (needed for spread-out event locations)

Add-Ons:

-Audio-recording of the event, editing, and burning to digital disk: add $100CI

-An emcee for Hosting, Games, and/or Busy Programs: $1-200CI/hr*

-Professional Karaoke Host & Machine: $300CI/hr*

-Professional Salsa/Miscellaneous Dance Instructor/Demonstration: $300CI/hr*

-Instrumental DJ accompaniment (Bongos/Violin/Saxophone): $200CI/hr*

-Oneworld can book & manage any type of Live Band.

The Club-Level speaker upgrade generates a special quality and depth of sound and satellite speakers are a must for larger groups, especially for speeches or announcements. A professional dance demo is excellent for generating a dance-vibe. Having an instrument accompany the DJ during the reception and/or dinner creates an elevated ambiance. Karaoke works well as an excellent intermission from dancing, and the combination of a Live band & DJ is the ultimate banquet entertainment package.
