Menus for Private Parties and Weddings. (minimum 30 people)
Kaibo offer a wide range of menus for your private function, to suit all tastes and budgets.
Our new Chef Laurence Tham is still creating the set party menus, so please email for your special requests.
The basic package begins with the Beach BBq buffet, as described below:
1. Caribbean BBQ Beach Buffet. $25 per head
Included: House salad with julienne vegetables, tomatoes and cucumber with vinaigrette. House made potato salad. Cayman rice and beans. Corn on the cob with butter and herbs. Sticky BBQ chicken. Spicy jerked Pork. Cayman Style Mahi Mahi. Local speciality Oxtail stew. Desserts include soft chocolate chip cookies and Tortuga rum cake.

Kaibo endeavours to do our bit to help with the environment.
* We recycle all our Caybrew bottles and crates and return them to the brewery.
* To-Go food packaged in cardboard.(no Styrofoam containers)
* To-Go bags are recycled paper bags.(no plastic bags!)
* We use biodegradable cleaning products
* We support the National Trust glass recycling program
* We encourage all our customers to reuse all plastic cups.
