Kaibo relies on reservations being honored by our guests. Any change to your booking requires adequate notice to be given. Kaibo reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% for groups, party events or any other group booking that cancels or reduces number without 24 hours notice. For normal bookings, a cancellation fee of $25 C.I. per person will be charged. No fee will be charged if we are able to fill the seat or re reserve the table. The cancellation fee reflects the cost incurred by Kaibo in terms of staff, food or beverage or any loss of revenue as a result of turning other booking away. In the case of special event bookings with limited space (including but not limited to wine and rum dinners, New Years Eve, Valentines day, Mothers day, Christmas to New Years week) the cancellation fee will be 100% of the ticket or $75 C.I. per person (when no price is advertised). Credit card details will be required to confirm your booking, bookings maybe made without a credit card but are reserved on an unconfirmed basis and can be subject to change or cancellation by the Kaibo. Any cancellation fee will be charged to the nominated credit card in the event of a fee being applied you will be notified.
