Established for over 5 years since the full moon June 2007, the buzzing vibe, free of pretention, has caused many to fall in love with the Luna Del Mar monthly full moon dinner party. The ’sand-between-your-toes’ experience under the light of the full moon , shaded only by coconut palm fronds makes Kaibo Beach a perfect venue for an informal gathering with good friends. The contemporary menu – creation of award winning chef Laurence Tham – is served at the water’s edge. The hand picked boutique wine list perfectly compliments the meal and the occasion. Tiki torch flames flicker to tranquil chill-out music from the live DJ playing under the cabana. Ambient beats increase in tempo as the moon rises, and after dinner you can get your own lift from the paper lantern display and dancing on the beach. Docking is free to all Kaibo customers on this perfect night for boating. Try a fresh mint Mojito, or a D-A.R.K. and Stormy, some of our house speciality cocktails, and relax into the weekend under the light of the full moon.
