Easter Monday April 25th. The Annual Cayman Islands Kite Festival. Kaibo Beach.
Come fly a kite at Kaibo Beach every Easter Monday, bring your own favorite kite, make one or buy one at the kite festival.
There’ll be live music from local band Bona Fide, kiting competitions, a kite shop, a kids bouncy castle and lots and lots of fun guaranteed. Entrance is free to all, so bring the kids, your pets, the whole family, and make a day of it.
The Kitehouse at Kaibo will be showing off their tricks with kiteboarding kites.
Ferries will run between Safe Haven and Kaibo on Monday 25th April. First ferry departs Safehaven from 12pm.
Cayman Kai, in North Side, is the traditional location for Caymanian families to visit to camp or rent a home for the easter weekend. Kaibo is proud to host the Annual Cayman Islands kite festival which is free to all, offers live local music, limbo dancing, a kids play area, and a chance to fly a kite in the Caribbean breeze.
Kaibo is open every day over the Easter break from 11am until midnight. We hope to see you on the beach for our annual Easter Monday Cayman Islands Kite Festival!
